B747-400 G-VAST VS73 Gatwick Diversion.

Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747-41R operating VS73 Manchester – Orlando stopped climbing at around 14,000 feet to the south west of Liverpool due to a flaps problem. The aircraft circled over the Irish Sea off North Wales climbing to 18,000 feet whilst dumping fuel then diverted to London Gatwick. The aircraft was able to continue to Orlando later.
